The 2024 US Presidential debate saw Journalist David Muir and his fellow Journalist, Linsey Davis as moderators. Muir, who works as an anchor on World News Tonight, was highly appreciated for preventing the candidates, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, from going off-topic. He, along with Davis, were precise with their questions and maintained the environment for a civil discussion. The debate gave Muir a lot of limelight which made the viewers curious about his personal life and led to his fans wondering if the good-looking journalist was currently single.

In an episode of ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’, she revealed her first interaction with Muir. Kelly explained that after seeing him on TV, she wrote to him via email to let Muir know that he “looked amazing tonight”. She also hilariously disclosed that she further wrote that he “looked dangerous”. However, the rumors of any romantic relationship between the two were quickly debunked by Kelly who then got married to Mark Consuelos. The couple is extremely close to David, and they even go on vacations with him frequently.

Muir’s friendship with his colleague at ABC News, Gio Benitez also gave birth to speculations about the two’s relationship. However, both continue to maintain that they are just close friends and maintain a professional relationship.

Muir has garnered a lot of fans courtesy of his good looks. He was even a part of the 2014 and 2017 list of People’s Sexiest Men Alive Although David has been rumored to be in relationships with several other women as well, none of the news has been found to have any basis. David, along with Linsey Davis were admired by the audience for their handling of the debate between the 2024 Presidential candidates, Harris and Trump. The moderators handled the questions effectively with their quick thinking to ask relevant questions. The key topics included the economy, immigration, and abortion laws.

Muir was also quick to fact-check Trump a couple of times including proving him wrong over his claims of immigrants “eating the pets”.

Muir’s quick thinking and outstanding journalism skills added to his charm and persona in his admirer’s eyes with his fans going gaga over his personality.
