However, the marriage of this fascinating couple was planned in the year 2001, October in Milan but later got postponed due to the tragedy and fear of the 9/11 attack.

According to Edward, there were many confusions and misconceptions in their relationship that led the couple to part way after the delay in their marriage. Surprisingly, the strong couple reunited in 2002 and got engaged in March. They both made it happen by marrying each other in the year 2003, in June, in San Francisco.  

The wedding was held As a Roman Catholic event The Beach Church.  With this Successful commitment, the couple threw a reception at the Asia Art Museum. 

However, the lady Turlington was pregnant at the time of their marriage. Today they both are a powerful couple and parents of two children Grace McKenna Burns, (a daughter of 20 years) and Finn Burns (a son of 18 years)
