She stated that life wasn’t easy for her too but now things are going well as she has shifted to her new home. Living with 12 of her children and living a poor lifestyle made her life hectic.

Micheal Oher’s dad died when he was too young so her mother was the only parent to feed their children. The movie The Blind Side was a clear picture of Micheal Oher and his mother as well as the Tuohy’s family. 

Micheal Oher’s mom was a peripheral visionary character in the movie. The film showcased the poverty days and the drug-addicted mom of Micheal Oher and the family who adopted him.
