The young lady Shea McGee was born in the year 1985, on 5 July, in the United States. However, not much about her early life is mentioned in the media. It is just that she was brought up in California and she completed her degree in communications from the University of Brigham Young.

Daily Routine and Weight Loss Journey of Shea McGee
Being a mother of three daughters, Shea is a passionate lady who balances her routine and work equally. However she was not a slim lady, she gained weight but was keen to lose it. During her career, she tried losing weight by doing some morning exercises and creating a balanced diet. Till now she has decreased her weight by up to 20 pounds.
Transforming her body does not contain any strict diet. However, in many of her posts, she has mentioned that her morning starts at 5:30 AM. Her morning routine includes some simple workouts and meditations to stay active for the day. Also, she takes some protein shakes and drinks sugar-free Coke. Shea McGee’s weight loss is based on healthy eating rather than depriving of fatty foods. However, she often intakes fast food and ice creams but never overeats.
After the day turns 8, she leaves for her Studio office where she attends meetings and some consultation with her clients. She ends her discussion by exploring new trends and reviewing the design till the afternoon.
She stated that her afternoon is busy visiting the sights as she loves interacting with her clients and following her requirements. Making her customers satisfied, she went back home in the evening has spent some quality time with her family.
She values her responsibility being a mother and a wife. She ensures that no one in her family is neglected due to her work.
However, during Shea McGee’s weight loss journey till now, she goes to the gym at least three times a week. She believes in the fact that exercising is good for staying fit and keeps people fresh. At the gym, she does some simple yoga, cardio, jogging, stretching, etc.

To maintain her balanced routine, she intakes low-fat items fruits, nuts, low-calorie pasta, salad, low-calorie banana shake, etc. Also for her, drinking lots of water is a key to keeping to stomach full. With her healthy and balanced diet, Shea also tries to keep her skin fresh l by doing ice toning and applying some good serums.
