American football player, Isiah Pacheco is currently the running back for the Kansas City Chiefs. His touchdown score in his debut game made an exceptional start to his career with his stats only going up since then. Pacheco’s impressive skills have made him secure a spot in people’s hearts as their favorite player. His rising fame has made people inquisitive about his ethnicity and other personal information.

Isiah Pacheco’s Ethnicity

Although Pacheco holds American nationality, he has Puerto Rican roots. His parents are Hispanic with his father belonging from Puerto Rico and his mother being from the Dominican Republic. Isiah seems proud of his ethnicity and even proudly wore the Puerto Rican flag after winning the Super Bowl. Answering a reporter about the flag on his back, Pacheco replied, “You always gotta represent” and also added that not many Puerto Ricans get the chance to represent themselves so he could not let the opportunity go to waste.

Pacheco was later seen taking pictures with the trophy with the flag proudly draped on his back. Some even witnessed him dancing with the flag.

Isiah Pacheco’s Partner

Isiah’s performance and constant social media presence have led to many users wondering if the football star is currently single. Although the star player is very particular about keeping his personal life out of the limelight, speculations have been made about his girlfriend linking him to several women. However, none of the rumors have been confirmed to have been true. Pacheco also has not shared pictures with any women on his social media. Therefore, it seems that the 24-year-old player is currently single.

Isiah Pacheco’s Income and Contracts

Debuting only a few years earlier in 2022, Pacheco is already a millionaire. His first contract with his team, Kansas City Chiefs earned him more than 3 million dollars. Pacheco also received around 80 thousand dollars as a signing bonus for his 4-year contract.

According to the contract, Pacheco’s average salary is close to a million dollars. The star player is said to have a guaranteed salary of around $80,000 irrespective of his performance on the field. Pacheco’s contract will expire in 2025 and it is rumored that he would then be eligible to earn much more.

Pacheco’s Siblings Were Murdered

While Pacheco was just 16, his brother lost his life in a tragic incident. Pacheco’s brother, Travoise Cannonwas brutally stabbed outside his apartment and later succumbed to his injuries. In an interview, Isiah talked about his relationship with his late brother saying that “he (Travoise) has been keeping an eye out for me”. He further stated how his brother taught him to ride a four-wheeler bike and riding it was his favorite activity.

Pacheco stated that his brother’s death brought him and his sister, Celeste Cannon closer. The two shared a close bond until Celeste’s tragic murder in September 2017. She was shot in the head and died on the spot. Her murderer was soon found guilty by the court. Talking about his sister, Isiah said that could still imagine her dancing while baking. He also joked about how his sister kept him humble despite his fame and success.

Speaking about the tragic murders, Pacheco stated how he missed his siblings. He also described dealing with it as “incredibly difficult”.
