The documents also included 3 sworn testimonies by eyewitnesses. One claimed that high school students attended the party, verifying that one of them was naked. The witness further confirmed the presence of drugs, including marijuana, ecstasy, and cocaine, at the party.

According to NOTUS, this marks the first time that Matt Gaetz’s link to the underage party scandal has been confirmed to the public. The documents, which have now seen the light, were revealed to the public as part of a lawsuit by the party host, Chris Dorworth. However, after Gaetz’s ex-girlfriend gave her testimony placing him at the scene, Dowrwoth was at risk of being indicted for perjury. He withdrew his lawsuit two days later.

That is false.” His friend who hosted the party, Chris Dorworth also denied any connection to the teenager stating that he had never met her saying, “Not once in my life.”

The Department of Justice has refused to file criminal charges after carrying out an internal investigation.
