Born in the year 1990, December 17, in the city of Nigeria, Bauchi. Augustine Miles Kelechi Okechukwu aka Tekno was born to a Nigerian family. His father was part of the Nigerian army due to which the family had to move to different countries like Nasarawa State and Abuja. However the boy has a short early history as a boy, he learned to play guitar and piano at music school.

 As a boy, Tekno stepped into his career while signing under K-Money Entertainment. The famous track Holiday got featured and massive airplay in the recent years of his success. In the year 2012, the man was awarded with a big applause and a standing ovation for his song Onye Ne Kwu.

Following his career goals, the man signed into a contract in 2013, 5 October with MG “Made Men Music Group”. During this duration of his contract, the man released single songs such as Anything, and Dance.

 In 2015, the great man also originated his hit song Duro which gained massive fame in Africa and the US. In the same year, a remix of introduced in November.

Releasing such hit songs, the charming personality released a single in Nov, 2015, named Wash and after that in 2017, she was recognized as under the top ten hip-hop and R&B  personalities in the United States

 Getting featured by one of the producers, the man has worked in many single songs like Green Light in 2017. Also a collaboration with other singers in music like Freak Me with Ciara, an American singer.

 Another big achievement of Tekno was being one of the producers of the song Won’t Be Late and being featured in the song Don’t Jealous Me in the year 2019.

 Besides being a famous and tremendously successful personality the rumors are spread all over the world and the well-known Nigerian singer, Tekno collapsed while performing on the stage.

On 20 August 2024, Twitter user posted a video of a singer who was performing on the stage and collapsed.  Also, many other pages posted a video of that incident on their Instagram, claiming that this video was of Nigerian singer Tekno who was performing in South Africa. After this post, the vedio soon gained thousands of likes and views.

However, the news of a singer falling from the stage has become viral and created a massive concern across the globe. People are still wondering what happened to Tekno. However, Tekno record label owner, Mr. Eazi confirmed the news that the vedio is fake.

Also, Eazi tweeted on his account that the singer in that video clip is Kenyan rapper, Prezzo. Also, he pinned that during this event, Teno was and currently is in Malabo. He himself posted on Instagram that he is fine and not in South Africa.
