The man started as an assistant coach for the team of Kentucky Wildcats. Serving them from the year 1989 to 1993, he learned a a lot of new techniques of coaching from his head coach.

Moving forward the man became an influential head coach for many of the basketball teams and led them to new heights of victories. Serving his 19 years at the University of Florida, the man served as a head coach of Oklahoma City Thunder in the year 2015. However, with his mesmerizing talents, the man is working as a head coach of the team of Chicago Bulls.
